Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our facility. Once a label is created you’ll get an email with tracking. Live-break wins are usually shipped within 48 hours of the show ending.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $200. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Customs, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Email info@kryptology.us with your country and items for a quote before ordering.
My tracking hasn’t moved — what should I do?
Carriers occasionally take a few days to scan a package after pickup. If tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ business days, email info@kryptology.us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Per our Terms of Service, no returns are accepted under any circumstances. Please double-check your cart before checkout, and DM us first if you have questions about a card or sealed product.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
We’re sorry about that. Email info@kryptology.us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue (including the box). While our policy is all-sales-final, we do our best to resolve fulfillment issues.
Are you responsible for carrier damage?
Per our Terms of Service, Kryptology is not responsible for carrier delays or damage during transit — title and risk of loss pass to you at handoff to the carrier. We always try to help where we can.

Authenticity & Grading

Are all your products authentic?
Yes. Every sealed product comes straight from manufacturer-authorized channels. Every single/slab we sell is graded by a reputable company (PSA, CGC, or BGS) and verified before listing.
Which grading companies do you accept?
We carry slabs from PSA, CGC, and BGS. If you’re selling to us, those are the three we’ll buy from. Other grading companies are case-by-case.
Do you sell raw singles?
Most of our singles are graded. We occasionally offer raw cards from live breaks — those are noted on the listing.

Live Shows on Whatnot

When are you live?
We stream nightly on Whatnot — exact times vary. Follow our Whatnot page to get a notification the moment we go on.
What kinds of shows do you run?
Personal breaks, random teams, mystery boxes, sealed rips, graded slab giveaways — a bit of everything. Pokémon-heavy with One Piece and Magic mixed in.
How do live-break shipments work?
Wins are aggregated and shipped after the show. You can usually request a hold for up to 14 days to combine multiple wins.

Selling to Us

Do you buy cards?
Yes. We buy graded slabs (PSA, CGC, BGS) and sealed Pokémon, One Piece, and other TCG product. DM @kryptology.us on Instagram or email info@kryptology.us with photos and details.
How fast do I get paid?
Same-day payout via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or bank transfer the moment your cards arrive and are verified — typically within hours.
How does the selling process work?
Three steps: 1) Agree on a price, 2) Ship your items (we cover the label on larger lots), 3) Get paid as soon as we receive them.

Payments & Account

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Are prices in USD?
Yes. All site prices are in USD. Your bank or PayPal will convert at their rate for international orders.
How do I track my orders?
Sign into your account and go to My Orders. You’ll also receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
